Getting in the "HABIT" Gap

Only 20% of your thoughts are new and creative… the rest are habitual.

That may be very disheartening, but the stats show that we repeat about 80% of our thoughts and actions from day to day… from brushing your teeth to driving your car.

Of course there's not much you would want to do to change your habitual ways – otherwise you'd always be spontaneous and chaotic.

We are creatures of habit after all!

The best thing can do is use your 20% of creative time to observe your thoughts and only entertain the ones that empower you… and create new habits around them.
