Appreciation and love are not only the same vibrations – when you give your attention to them, you feel good more often.
All too often, we think and say things that are the opposite of appreciation and love and then wonder why we don’t feel good and our life is a mess.
Practicing appreciation (and love) takes conscious effort and awareness. Unless you deliberately choose your thoughts and words about the way things are going in your life, you lose control and feel bad.
